BB50-CO Filter/Breather Box
The standard
'Breather Box' filtration unit for working in hazardous environments
at IDLH (Immediate Danger to Life or Health) conditions with airline
escape respirators. This system has been designed to handle up
to 125psi of continuous positive pressure air for Type-C and CE
respirators. The ASI Twin Air/HP-3 compressor provides the primary
air supply to the system. Continuous carbon monoxide monitoring
is provided to meet federal, state, and local regulations.

Self Contained Breathing Apparatus - Survivair
30 or 60 Minute
The Mark 2 from Survivair offers unsurpassed performance in the

two proven systems. The 4500 psig high-pressure system offers
the flexibility of operating as a 30 or 60 minute unit by simply
changing cylinders. The 2216 psig low-pressure unit features a
30 minute cylinder. Both systems offer NIOSH certification and
NFPA compliance as well as air line hook-up capabilities for use
with chemical protective suits.

Minute Emergency Supplied Air Scott Skat-Pak or Survivair EBA
The Skat-Pak
is designed to provide 5 minutes of breathing air for escape only
purposes. It features a constant-flow, open circuit design which
creates a flow rate of 60-70 lpm for the entire 5 minute duration
when charged to 3,000 psi. The unit features excellent chemical
resistance, easy operation and is completely reusable. Users may
carry the Skat-Pak as either a neck or waist mounted unit.

TRI Test Kit for breathing air quality
TRI/Environmental,
Inc., an American Industrial Hygiene Association accredited laboratory
provides a compressed air sampling kit customized to your individual
air system. Their patented air sampling equipment is designed
to capture a non-pressurized sample of breathing air at the actual
flow and pressure of your air system.
The TRI Test
Kit for breathing air quality is specially manufactured equipment
available for rental for compressor systems rated between 1 and
15 cubic feet per minute and up to 6000 psi.
- The kit
includes all equipment needed, sample media must be purchased
separately.
- You return
the sampling media to TRI for 24-hour analysis
The sample
results are compared to your required air standard and reported.
If your sample is 'out of specification,' you will be notified
within 24 hours of receipt of the sample. Your report will be
mailed within 72 hours. If you pass your specification, a certificate
suitable for framing will accompany your report.
